The chocolate reactors are equipped with a stirring system that allows operation with low and high viscosity products. They also have a thermal exchange system for heating with hot water and steam. Thermal insulation with rock wool or PU and stainless steel coating. They can be made of 304, 304L and 316L stainless steel.
